PERBEDAAN ANTARA STAFF DAN WORKER (THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STAFF AND Worker )

BAHASA INGGRIS :

• I think in the function of Management, the staff is doing POAC, among other :

 

• P = Planing (Perencanaan). 
• O = Organization (Organisasi).
• A = Actuating (Pengerakan).
• C = Controlling (Pengawasan).

 

• So in the work plan, staff is doing the determination program to be achieved. His work is specific, the specific meaning of the work without havingto work out the field. Usually the staff perform their activities as administration, staff marcom public relations staff and others. Staff as employees or private employees who stay to work in the company, whose status has clearly been in a company.  

• The worker is to do activities for the achieve of a work program in want. Her work is rough work, in the sense of rough work are odd jobs, porters, salesmen, factory workers and others. Usually the workers perform their activities as production activities. While workers still have not fixed in the contract or honorarium.

• Menurut saya di dalam fungsi manajement, staff yaitu melakukan POAC, antara lain :

 

• P = Planing (perencanaan).   
• O = Organization (Organisasi). 
• A = Actuating (Pengerakan).  
• C = Controlling (Pengawasan).

 

• Jadi di dalam rencana kerja, staff yaitu melakukan penetapan program kerja yang akan dicapai. Pekerjaannya bersifat khusus, dalam arti khusus itu pekerjaan yang tanpa harus bekerja keluar lapangan. Biasanya staff melakukan kegiatannya yaitu sebagai administrasi, staff humas staff marcom dan lain-lain. Staff itu seperti karyawan atau pegawai swasta yang sudah menetap untuk bekerja di suatu perusahaan, yang mana statusnya telah jelas berada di suatu perusahaan tersebut. 

• Sedangkan worker yaitu melakukan kegiatan untuk tercapainya suatu program kerja yang di inginkan. Pekerjaannya bersifat kerja kasar, dalam arti pekerja kasar adalah kerja yang serabutan, kuli, salesman , buruh pabrik dan lain-lain. Biasanya worker melakukan kegiatannya yaitu sebagai kegiatan produksi. Worker itu tergantung pada penempatan kerjanya. Sedangkan worker belum menetetap masih kontrak ataupun honorer.
